Part-time coordinators 

  • Have a passion for the wedding and events industry and are interested in pursuing a career in the event industry long-term
  • Available for over the phone meetings with clients (sometimes in person)
  • Are quick learners and enjoy working on teams
  • Are detail oriented and highly organized
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, strong communication, ability to multitask, and be courteous to the wedding couple, families, and guests attending events.
  • Provide personalized service and excellent hospitality to the wedding couple, families, and guests attending the event.
  • Remain calm under pressure and make decisions with maturity and sound judgment. 

Part-time assistants

  • Assist Lead Wedding Planner with day-of tasks to ensure a smooth event including, but not limited to, setting up decor, managing the wedding day timeline and members of the wedding party, monitoring guest activity while drinking, cleaning, etc.
  • Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a positive experience for all attendees
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all elements are in place and meet client expectations
  • Able to stand for long period of time
