We will set you up with a step by step plan to offer strategic insight based on market research, optimizations to make running your business a lot easier, and a plan to help run and operate a successful venue on its own.
Staffing
Owning a venue comes with many roles. We will give you a list of job roles and descriptions based on your venues needs that you will need to fill in order to have a successful venue.
Trust me when I say venue owners can't do it all. We want you to be able to have your venue and staff running on its own and hiring the appropriate staff will do that for you!
Contracts
We know contracts can be tedious and challenging thats why will not only set you up but guide you with a list of all the other things that you should include in your venue contact.
Packages
We will build a package or multiple packages based on what you and your venue want to offer. This will include but not be limited to a venue-only package, rentals, all-inclusive packages, and micro-wedding packages.

We want to make running your business a lot easier with optimizations. We will set you up with a step by step how to of everything that you will need for your CRM service whether that is Honey Book or Dubsado.
We are expertise in Honey Book and use that for all of our planning and venue management services.
